Cancellation Before Shipment:

If you wish to cancel an order before the items have been shipped, you can easily do so through our website. Simply log in to your account, go to the "Order History" section, find the relevant order, and initiate the cancellation process. Once the cancellation request is submitted, we will process the refund within 24-48 business hours.

Cancellation After Shipment:

In the event that you need to cancel an order that has already been dispatched or is in the process of being returned, please follow the steps mentioned above to initiate the cancellation request. However, if the products have already been handed over to the courier company, they may still attempt delivery. In such cases, we kindly request that you do not accept the delivery.

Once we receive your cancellation request and the products are returned to our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow us time to verify the returned products for quality and quantity.

Refund Process:

For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed back to the original account from which the payment was made. This process will commence within 24-48 business hours after we have received the products back and completed our verification process. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account due to standard banking procedures.

If you chose the cash-on-delivery option, we will require your assistance in providing us with your bank details for the refund. Once we receive the returned products and your bank details via email, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount. This bank transfer process will start within 24-48 business hours after the returned products are received and verified. Similarly, it may take 2-3 additional business days for the refunded amount to be visible in your account due to bank processing times.
