Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods and Timelines 

We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs. The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

 NOTE :   If the product is cancelled in "TRANSIT OR DELIVERD " state , the refund amount will be paid  Excluding the  shipping cost.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 working days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 working days.
  • Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 working days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and unforeseen delays.

 

2. Shipping Process

  • Our delivery process ensures the safe and timely arrival of your products:
  • Once your order is processed, products undergo thorough quality checks to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  • After passing the final quality check, products are carefully packed by our team.
  • We entrust your package to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Our delivery partners diligently work to bring your package to you as soon as possible. If any delivery issues arise, they will promptly contact you to resolve them.

3. Packaging

  • We take pride in our packaging quality:
  • Products are packaged in boxes, covered with a protective plastic layer.
  • Each item is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, with extra protection for fragile items like bottles.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • We are partnered with multiple logistics companies, both domestically and internationally, to ensure the fastest shipping.
  • Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and courier company details.
  • Tracking status can be checked 24 hours after dispatch.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • While we maintain 95% of our inventory, some products are sourced directly from brands, possibly causing slight delays.
  • International orders may experience longer delivery times due to logistics and public holidays.

6. Multiple Shipments

  • It's normal for orders to arrive in multiple shipments, each from a different warehouse location.
  • You'll only be charged shipping/COD fees for the first package, if applicable.
  • International orders are usually shipped as one complete shipment.

7. International Shipping

  • We proudly offer international shipping services. With proper documentation and adherence to each country's regulations, we can ship to virtually any corner of the globe.
  • Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the recipient's country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We diligently follow international shipping guidelines to ensure a smooth and secure transit process.

8. Delivery to Deep Interior Rural Areas

  • We understand the importance of reaching even the most remote areas. However, deliveries to deep interior rural areas might experience slightly extended delivery times due to logistical challenges.
  • While we strive to deliver to all locations, please note that there could be instances where delivery might not be feasible due to accessibility constraints. Our customer support team will be in touch to discuss any such situations.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • As of now, we do not operate the Cash on Delivery (COD) model.
  • Please note that starting from April 1st, 2024, we will offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience.
