 IF  the product is cancelled in "TRANSIT OR DELIVERD " state , the refund amount will be paid  Excluding shipping cost

 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Products are eligible for return if they meet any of the following conditions:

Physical damage upon receipt

Missing parts or accessories

Defective as stated on the product detail page at www.cinemafactory.in

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, the following criteria must be met:

The product was not damaged during your possession

The product differs from what was shipped to you

The product is returned in its original condition, including the brand/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories.

 

4. Personal Information Removal:

Before returning salon machineries or cosmetic products with personal information, please erase the data. Cinema Factory is not liable for any misuse of personal data left on returned devices.

 

5. Ineligible Returns:

Returns are not accepted for situations such as:

Buyer's remorse (e.g., incorrect model, color, or product ordered)

Products labeled "non-returnable" on the product detail page, except for damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.

 

6. Return Locations:

You can return or replace products at nearby Cinema Factory franchisees, provided you have the purchase bill.

 

7. Replacement Eligibility:

Replacement is possible if the same item is available from the same seller's stock.

 

8. International Customers:

Products bought by international customers for export orders are not returnable.

 

9. Misuse of Return Policy:

Excessive returns, cancellations, or non-acceptance of orders may lead to warnings, suspension, or account termination.

 

10. Non-Returnable Conditions:

Returns are not accepted in these conditions:

Product damage due to misuse/overuse

Lack of original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accessories

Tampered serial number

Defective products not covered by seller/manufacturer warranty

Used or altered products

Request initiated after 15 business days from order delivery

Free products provided by the brand

 

11. Categories Not Eligible for Return:

Customized products (e.g., lipsticks, compacts, mascaras) due to on-demand nature

Personal care appliances due to hygiene reasons

Special Cases:

Specific return/exchange/refund rules may apply during marketing campaigns or mega sale periods as indicated on promotion banners.

 

 

 

Important Notes:

For non-returnable products received damaged/defective, contact us within 10 days of delivery.

All product categories are non-returnable for international customers on export orders.
